“I lived at the Kenmar Building (1001 Pine St., Philadelphia) from 2021 - 2024, and I had an overall excellent experience with Vert. I will say this: they are very hands-on property managers, which is not for everyone (i.e., it's not a good place to set up a sound studio, start a commune, or decide to paint murals on your walls), but it's clearly because they are so genuinely invested in the building and the wellbeing of its tenants, which can hardly be said of all landlords.

They always seem to be improving something. When I moved in, they had just renovated my unit, beautifully combining modern amenities with all of the charm of a well-maintained historic building. While living there, they remained extremely professional and attentive - if something broke, I would usually get a response the same day, and it would be repaired by the end of the week.

Finally, as was mentioned in a previous review, Paloma, the property manager, is very easy to work with --a perfect point of contact for any tenant. It has been my experience with landlords and property managers that you usually get either the kind, personally accommodating ones or the highly professional ones -- Paloma and Vert are that rare case in which you get both.”
