2131 Spring Garden Street is a 4-unit apartment building located at 22nd and Spring Garden Street in the Philadelphia’s Art Museum area.  Walk out the front door and you can see the Art Museum a couple of blocks away.  The building is in close proximity to the Schuylkill River making it perfect for anyone active and seeking culture.  This neighborhood also has a thriving dining scene and being so close to diverse neighborhoods, residents have their options to enjoy a variety of nightlife.  Transportation is accessible through SEPTA’s Broad Street Train or the trolley.  Biking and walking are common to get around but drivers have easy access to major highway 676.
